Paying Your Assessments
All owners of a residential lot within the Kensington Park POA property boundaries are legally required to pay Annual Assessments which protected under the Georgia’s Property Owners' Association Act, O.C.G.A. § 44-3-220
The 2021 Kensington Park POA Annual Assessments -$800.00 due on January 1st.
Quarterly payments are APPROVED by the Board based on payment history due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and Oct 1st of each year submitted by request. A 10% late charge will be assessed to accounts 10 days past due and 10% interest on past due balances per annum. A delinquency fee of $200 will be assessed to accounts with any outstanding balance as of 12/31 of the current year.
